The 5th annual Muddy Boot Organic Festival MuddyBoot.org will take place September 10–12, 2010, right here at St. Philip Neri. The Muddy Boot planning committee has begun organizing this year's festival, and they need your help! We will be having a meeting on Tuesday, May 11th, in the Paulist Center. Please consider joining the committee and volunteering to help coordinate the music, children's activities, recycling/composting, keynote reception or other fun tasks. "Busted Halo," weekdays, 7-9 p.m.(EST), hosted by Paulist Father Dave Dwyer, who was not ordained until he reached his 30s. He had a career in television (MTV, Comedy Central) and radio prior to entering the seminary. Father Dwyer aims to reach young adults and teach them that nobody is perfect, hence the name "Busted Halo."
