Faith Labor Breakfast | February 19
Join several fellow parishioners at the 17th Annual Faith Labor Breakfast, Tuesday, February 19 at St Andrew Parish, 800 NE Alberta St from 7:15 m to 9:00am.  Take the higher ground in providing dignity for workers, honesty in work, justice in employment. St. Philip Neri has been apart of this project since the beginning. It is a long journey to reach the higher ground.  Tickets are $20, but no one will be turned away.

The Altar Society is again asking for cash donations to continue providing welcome bags throughout the year, and gift cards at Christmas, to the women, children, and men sheltered by Bradley Angle. Saint Lorenzo Ruiz is the first Filipino saint. Also known as San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila, he died a martyr in Nagasaki, Japan, on Sept. 29, 1637, at the age of 34. Accused of murdering a Spaniard in 1636, Ruiz boarded a ship carrying a group of missionaries to Formosa (Taiwan) and Japan.
