The Altar Society | Communion Sunday Brunch, May 5, 10:30am
The members of the Altar and Rosary Society of St Philip Neri will be  celebrating together at Mass on Sunday, May 5, 2019 followed by brunch  in Carvlin Hall. The Buildings & Grounds Committee is planning a SPRING CLEAN UP day. We need help preparing parish garden beds for the growing season ahead! All are invited to help Saturday, May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Gardening and other spring chores are being organized. Peace & Justice Lenten Project | Yellow Brick Road
On April 4, as part of their Lenten Project, several members of the Peace and Justice Commission visited Yellow Brick Road, an organization located in downtown Portland that serves homeless youth. Members of the commission treated the  young people to pizza and soft drinks and provided 14 movie vouchers and transit tickets. St. Philip Neri is in need of three Eucharistic Ministers and two Readers for the Saturday, 4 p. m. Vigil Mass to and/or two Eucharistic Ministers for the Sunday, 9:30 a.m. Mass. We are asking for a commitment to serve once or twice a month.
